  Anil is a thoroughly nice guy & very genuine. As a woman living alone, he immediately put me at ease & talked me through every step of what he was doing & what the issue was - his intention was to resolve the problem and keep costs as low as possible, which I am very grateful for (as this is not always the case with tradespeople) 🙏🏻 Highly recommend & will use again without hesitation. Prompt, competent & efficient - Thank you Anil 🙂
