  To investigate a problem with our electric shower, which kept tripping the electric.

  Sam got in contact with me promptly after I submitted a request for an electrician. He was informative and helpful and communicated clearly regarding his arrival time - even updating me when he was held up at the wholesalers. Sam was polite, clean & tidy with his work and carried out all the necessary electrical tests to get to the root of the problem.
