  honesty goes a long way

  i had water dripping from inside the boiler, Parm came over and found the fault, since the boiler only over 2 years old, Parm told me is still in warranty,bosch will replace the fault part for free. Parm called the bosch and arranged for bosh engineer to come over to replace the faulty part, i really appreciated Parm's honesty. when i have another water leak from the pipe, Parm is the only person i offered the job,in the future any plumbing or heating problems,will ask Parm again. Parm is a friendly and helpful youngman.
