  Installation of a dry ridge in order to repair cracks in the cement below roof tiles.

  When Tom first visited the house, he gave me three options for this repair and explained the pros and cons of each option. I appreciated his flexibility and the detail he went into. I also appreciated his availability on the phone when I called him later to ask questions that had occured to me. The repair was excellent and the process did not last long.

  We received a reply to our query on the same day and a visit a couple of days later. The issue ended up being minor, so we appreciate the honest solution to it, which didn't necessitate buying any replacement parts.
