  Good communication, price but not high quality work

  Nat was good at communicating, have competitive quote & came out quickly to fit a security chain & put curtains up. He used three larger screws in the door chain, 1 of them being part of 4 so it looks bodged. Asked me if it was okay after he had drilled the bigger holes. I would have said no if he had asked before. The chain holder is wonky & the larger screws not flush & cannot be made flush. Found a snapped original screw after he left so I guess they snapped & he only had larger ones. Curtains measured wrong & touch floor, holder not centre and pole not sitting in it. Had to clean up mess
