  Owner came to house to see garden in person and give a quote. Gave me a lot of confidence that they knew what they were talking about and would use his materials. Two staff came to do the work who explained what they were doing and the decisions they were making about how to deal with the quirks of the space. Billing was a bit odd as we have a quote in writing so I had to remember what I was quoted, and receipt was hand written. Everyone seems to do billing differently! Fence looks amazing though! Really happy with the results! Would get them back again.

  survey damp area identified by general survey while buying house

  Extremely quick to contact me, and to arrange and carry out the survey. It was 7 days between first contact and the work being completed. Communication was excellent throughout.
