  Worst experience ever with a plumber

  Worst experience I have ever had with a company. I am wondering how it is possible they got so many good reviews on Checkatrade (that was the trigger for me to call them). They came over twice, for a total of 3 hours, charging me 340 £ and they didn't just do the job, they made me a hole in the wall and then proposed to go via home insurance and that they would send me a quote for the job that needed to be done. 3 weeks later, no quote in, home insurance still waiting, them not answering the phone (surprisingly when I tried to call with my wife's number they picked up! ) NOT RECOMMENDED!
