  Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable. He responded quickly, providing a diagnosis of our woodworm problem, survey report, and estimate for free (in contrast with other firms who charge for this service), and then carrying out the work very promptly and professionally. He was very communicative and transparent about the work and costs, and provided a 20 year guarantee for the work done. All in all very good service
