  Steve came, quoted (which means he is better than 80% of the people who replied!). gave a few options and recommended colour that would be more hard-wearing and in fitting with the house. made good window sills and prepped and painted. communication with both myself and tenants in the property was great and arranged everything around the weather. everything left clean and tidy with everyone happy. would recommend!
