  Mike was really helpful even though he couldn’t access the area of my problems without scaffolding. I really appreciated his suggestions re contacting my property managers and, although hopefully that will sort the issue, and giving me a ballpark estimate in case I have to call him back. I appreciate his contacting me back, which is more than most local companies have. A real bonus in my book.
