  Bathroom fitting

  Avoid using this fitter. Daniel originally attended the quote with an English-speaking colleague, which led us to believe communication would not be an issue. However, Daniel carried out the work alone and communication was extremely difficult without a translator. The shower was installed incorrectly and independent engineers later confirmed the fault was due to the installation, despite Daniel blaming the product. We have now been without a working shower for seven weeks. When we raised our concerns and asked about compensation, our complaint was dismissed. We are now pursuing the matter thr
