  How to re-position a boiler with minimum hassle

  Our 22 year old boiler died, but didn't go to a better place. Although this was our first contact with Andy, he sent us a competitive quote quickly. Immediately after our acceptance, Andy re-arranged his schedule, starting work 3 days later: the weather was cold throughout. The old boiler was in an internal cupboard. The replacement had to vent to an external wall: a major job. Andy came every day until it was finished. From the start it was apparent that he knew his trade. He was very thorough in all that he did, clearing up afterwards. We'll be asking Andy to do the annual services.
