  Job mostly done, but issues with finish and contact

  Ty was polite and completed most of the work quickly. However, the finish in places was disappointing — the replaced front brick has mismatched, messy mortar, and some holes we asked to be filled were missed. Communication was poor, with long periods of no response and repeated chasing. The final part of the job (replacing squib bricks in the bay window) was never completed. We held back £50, and he later told us to keep it rather than return to finish the work. Overall, polite and quick, but let down by quality and communication.
