  Replaced some tiles in ensuite shower

  Poor workmanship and felt like a bait and switch. Originally quoted £250 to replace six tiles, ended up charging £745 cash in hand (not including the tiles, we sourced these) with no clear price given upfront - was told that might cost more if the ply board behind need replacing but wouldn’t confirm how much more. Used old ply and mismatched charcoal grout instead of our off-white, so the finish looks completely wrong. We’ve since had to pay someone else to redo it. Also caused scratches to shower tray and denied responsibility, patched up badly. Overall poor and cost us far more than expected
