  False promises for high fees

  We expected the house to be fully deep cleaned for the agreed price- they left streaky windows and mirrors, they missed half the dusting, particularly downstairs. The don’t dust the corners, they only did a superficial clean of the outside of the appliances, they spent a lot of time upstairs and left little time to finish downstairs. They did not even mop the downstairs floor. When we texted them to say we were unhappy, the response was “we will get back to you”…,,and they have not contacted us
