  Unreliable – Twice Failed to Show Up

  I arranged for this company to come and provide a quote on two separate occasions. Unfortunately, they did not show up either time and gave no notice. This was very frustrating, as I had taken time off work to wait for them. Reliability is important when arranging jobs, and in my experience, this company did not meet that standard.

  Cleaning roof tiles

  We had a great experience working with Alan. Communication was brilliant throughout the whole process. Due to the unpredictable weather, we had to plan the job carefully, but Alan kept us fully informed and adjusted the schedule as needed. The roof tiles were thoroughly cleaned, and a treatment was applied to help keep them clean over time. Alan also replaced a few damaged tiles as part of the job. Everything was done to a high standard, and we’re really happy with the result. Would definitely recommend!
