  Repair / replace gutter and downpipe

  Asked for a replacement downpipe and a repair or replacement to a gutter along roof. Quoted and paid £300. The downpipe was not replaced. Instead a piece of plastic was used to repair it. It doesn’t look good but it at least seems to have fixed the leak. However the gutter was not fixed. Instead of replacing the gutter or carrying out a proper repair, a new clip was added. When this didn’t work, an old piece of white board was added behind the black gutter. It’s unsightly. Gutter still leaks. No response to subsequent messages. Rip off. I’d guess the parts cost about £15 max. Job not completed
