  Informative and accommodating, efficient but maybe a little rushed

  I only wanted new rails to have curtains, to replace my existing rails which are used for vertical blinds. Zara kept me informed throughout the whole process. I had requested to avoid a time slot because of work and her and her team were very accommodating. It did feel a little rush though, the work was completed within an hour, although a 2 hour time slot was given - I think because of this, there’s bits of my ceiling which are slightly damaged
