  Brendan contacted me on Sunday, which was surprising as I didn't expect that to be a 'work' day. He was polite and gave me a choice of days the same week. However, my dishwasher is now working; possibly it simply had an airlock? I have therefore cancelled Brendan's visit; but will certainly contact him again if there is any more problem.
