  Boiler & fan diagnosis

  Arrived on time to diagnose a suspected issue with my fan and boiler, didn’t charge for the visit. Fantastic communication. Didn’t end up doing any work as he was transparent that the work may not be necessary, so didn’t want to make me spend money that wasn’t needed. Really nice guy, will defo use for future jobs.

  Broken washing machine

  Really nice and honest man. Unfortunately was unable to fix the problem as the part required was expensive, so I opted to buy a new machine instead of buying the new part, which even he agreed would be the better option for me. He cares about the customer instead of trying to make money! Only charged me a small call out fee, even though he visited twice and was here for a couple of hours trying to diagnose the problem. Would contact him again
