  He arrived early, was polite and explained what he was doing, checked the state of the gutters and explained what needed to be done, we agreed a price and the work was done within an hour, including cleaning the front of house gutters as well.

  Leaking toilet

  Came in on a Sunday to fix a suddenly leaking toilet; dealt with the fact that it's in an awkward position and got it sorted really quickly. Came back later in the week to fix the flush on the same toilet; a couple of days later than planned due to outside circumstances. Very tidy, very polite, very reasonable (even with Sunday call out fees!)
