  Artex gone, smooth ceiling perfected!

  A big thanks to Andy and Daniel who recently skimmed my lounge ceiling to remove the old artex. Once again they’ve done a marvellous job. Having already completed my other ceilings, they were exactly as before – great communication, on time, professional, friendly, considerate and tidy. The finish is excellent! I’m just sad that I don’t have any more ceilings but if I ever need a plasterer, AST will be my first call!

  Removing artex and plastering bedroom ceiling

  Andy and Daniel did a brilliant job on skimming my bedroom ceiling to get rid of the artex. They turned up on time and got straight on with the work. They were friendly and professional and did an excellent job of cleaning up once they had finished. I am very pleased with the finished result and will certainly be getting them back to tackle the lounge ceiling. I would definitely recommend AST Plastering.

  Skimming hall ceiling to get rid of artex

  Andy is friendly and professional. He arrived at the time agreed, talked me through what he was going to do and then got to work. He covered everything with a dust sheet to reduce the mess and cleaned up when he left. He’s done an amazing job and I’ll definitely be getting him back to skim the rest of the ceilings in my flat!

  Testing Artex ceiling for asbestos

  David responded to my enquiry quickly, arranging a time to visit and take the Artex sample. He arrived promptly and was professional and efficient. He also took the time to explain the process to me and answer any questions I had. The report arrived within a few days. I would definitely recommend DB Asbestos Solutions.
