  Both of our bathrooms where refitted

  Where do I start, Jay came and was excited to get started and told us everything we wanted to hear in regards to doing the job and to a high standard. Boy did we make a mistake, jay had more days off than working days, called to say he would be workman’s then not turn up or turn up late afternoon. When doing our upstairs bathroom the sink was taken out and water was left dripping for 5 days whilst no one was working and our hallway ceiling collapsed. The job still wasn’t finished and we ended up having to get someone else to finish the job we had already paid to be done.
