  Excellent. Max Plumbing was very helpful and friendly in every regard - telling me I could contact the manufacturer for replacement parts rather than purchase them myself, then doing the installation.

  Max Plumbing was very helpful, first in advising that we could get replacement parts for our tap from the manufacturer (rather than needing to buy them ourselves / buy a new tap as some other plumbers had said), and then in fixing the tap with the new parts. He was also friendly.
