  Repointing a wall

  At first, one job - repoint a small part of the conservatory wall. A week later what looked like a thin crack appeared. The owner of the firm came out. He found more work was required - said this should have been noticed when the first job was done. it appears fine but I'll not know unless the pointing comes away again. I thought the overall cost on the high side but had to be done a.s.a.p. due to other scheduled extensive work on our property and this was the only 100% reply I received. However a good warranty was provided.
