  Name sums up the performance

  I never accept services or goods at the door. However. I knew I needed a wall repointing. The man who approached me as I opened the door answered my questions before I'd asked. They were doing the same on a neighbour's house, a neighbour who was in the trade and knew one of the team. They gave a quote and a date (subject to weather), all acceptable. It took four visits, to dig out old point work, a day and a half to repoint and a last quick visit to apply sealing resin. The job has been superb, the crew were extremely polite and professional. Thank you, gentlemen for a job well done.

  Replace and generally service two taps.

  I had the panels removed in preparation. He arrived with his ready-kit bag, read the situation and set to. He did what I had tried to do, but it took a lot more effort than I had tried. He also needed twice to go back to his van for the hard job kit. After nearly two hours' hot and dirty work, he had fixed the leak, matched the taps back up and replaced the panelling. The job was well done, timely, and at a price cheaper than other quotes. He was also a very pleasant man. He offered to mop the floor, but it just took me a couple of minutes to let him get away.
