  Really helpful in helping figure out what the job was in the first place - we initially requested two rooms then reduced to one, and asked for quotes for alternative materials to have a full understanding of what we were choosing. They bore with us while we figured all this out, and the work they ended up doing was to a very high standard - would recommend. Communication wasn't always the best though - often needed chasing, several different mobile numbers used, unreliable on email/checkatrade messenger. That's been a common experience across the trades tbh, but still less than ideal.

  garden decking

  Very friendly and efficient work by Kevin - decking looks good overall (though with one or two cracked boards). Communication was maybe a bit unclear regarding the length of the job - it ended up being two half days rather than one whole, which meant taking extra time off work - and I needed to send a reminder to pick up excess wood/tools, but this was done promptly and I'm very satisfied with the end result.

  Gas hob replacement

  ignition spark was faulty. The engineer diagnosed the issue quickly, recommended a replacement instead of a repair for cost & reliability reasons, and was able to install the new hob the very next day. Efficient, friendly, no mess left behind.

  Pipe and flush replacement

  Company was quick to get in contact and arrange a date. They came out on time and offered to do the job immediately, but were also happy to wait while we gathered quotes. When we settled on them they were quick to return and carry out the work, communicating well once they'd diagnosed the problem.
