  didn't do what was requested and seemed to not know what he was doing

  Mike came out to do a gas safety check. after being here and messing with boiler sated he could not get the hot water coming and proceeded to not be able to figure why no water was working (looking at valves on boiler, saying all where in correct place). when I highlighted, it was working when he walked through my front door as I washed my hands, he immediately turned a dial and hey presto, everything working again. Mike tested boiler and said that it was faulty and needed a full service and capled my gas. I had someone in today and within 5 minutes, the fault was identified and fixed
