  From start to finish James was polite, professional and responsive. Even though I know they were busy with bigger jobs, James came out within a day or so of being contacted to look at ours and gave us a very reasonable quote and timescale. James is very down to earth and reliable - the job was completed quickly and to a great standard. Highly recommend 👍
