  Really thorough job, would recommend.

  I chose AA Wall Ties because Andy was so thorough when he came to do the quote - showing me the existing ties, and explaining every stage of the process. That thoroughness showed in the work they did too, isolating all the old ties, adding 92 new ones, rebuilding the peak, grinding out and repointing the whole wall to a really high standard. The lads were friendly and helpful, they kept me informed when it would be dusty and noisy, and cleaned up afterwards, including washing down for the neighbours. The end result looks great and I would definitely recommend them.
