  roof and gutter repair

  I had a small leak into the property, on inspection the roof and gutter needed a major repair. I was provided photos/ videos of the work that needed to be done. When the job was started just two days later I was given regular updates with photos of the work being done and photos of the work on completion. I was given an honest answer to any questions and the workmen were professional throughout with accommodating us very well. it has been a pleasure and stress free experience.   bathroom ceiling

  my bathroom ceiling needed to gave plasterboard put on and plastering, I was very happy my job could be squeezed into the day. the workmen arrived on time and got straight to work, after the job was done they cleaned the room. the quality of the work is excellent and I would definitely have more work done in the future when needed

  asbestos survey

  Ordered an asbestos survey for a property that were purchasing. The survey report was detailed and clear. No issues booking and scheduling a date. was told they would contact to confirm when they had been in touch with the estate agent. Sadly that didn't happen and I had to chase them but the job was done as scheduled so no worries. A few days later had the invoice for £300 over the quote on querying that was told they sent the wrong invoice to me, had new invoice for quoted price. Overall I'm happy with the survey and price paid but maybe some more attention to admin is needed.
