  Communication with Tiago was excellent. After I posted the job, he responded quickly, discussed the work, and provided a quote. I was a little sceptical at first as there weren’t many reviews, but he was able to start the next day which suited me. I’m really impressed with the quality of his work. He has a great eye for detail and made sure everything was done properly before finishing. Even my neighbours were impressed and asked for his details. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again for other jobs.

  removing storeroom partition wall and door frames and rewire the electric socket.

  I hired this builder to remove a stud wall and open up the kitchen area. whilst he carried out the demolition and clear away the waste, the job was left unfinished with no flush finsih or proper making good. which i now have to sort out myself at additional cost. Whats worse, I found him to be dishonest with payment. I handed him more cash then agreed but he didnt acknowledge the over payment and kept the extra £20 without saying anything. that's really damage my trust. For £550 I expected a full and professional finish. not just the basic demolition. Be cautious with payment.
