  Word of warning

  After starting to replace my flat roof .he told me it was not news i had asbestos. price over double . I later researched and found the material was wood wool boarding, not asbestos. Despite challenges, the roofer he only reduced the bill by £900 . I paid the extra cost as roofer threat me with CCJ. first leak rain the water pouring in one of the three outlets he didn’t replace. bodged up a fix with a bit of wire and silicone. second leak in the porch water pouring in water outlet not replaced near EC unit. I was shocked to see him scrapping tar off off-cut of felt to repair the outlet drain.
