  RM General Building demolished our old utility room and built a full‑width rear timber‑framed extension. They managed the entire project professionally, kept us fully informed, and involved us in every decision. Their recommendations were clear and helpful, and they were flexible with any small changes we requested. All waste was removed promptly, the site stayed tidy, and the workmanship is excellent.
