  Caused Damage Then Refused Responsibility and Blocked Me

  Good start, terrible finish. Anthony delayed scaffold removal after our roof work despite repeated requests. He checked the roof in pitch darkness and said it was fine. Our bedroom ceiling leaked soon after. Another roofer found a broken tile where Anthony's team had walked—they were last on the roof. Anthony denied responsibility and blocked me.
