3 Replace bathtub

1. Communication is minimal and rude. Every message is one word answers. This hugely dissuades customers from communicating. 2. Hard working, if a little noisy at times. 3. bathtub was completed to a "DIYer" standard - level and does not leak. The sealant work is poor. He decided to use sealant to hold in the bath panel - this wasn't what I wanted. Granted, I never told him but communication was so blunt I was put off. I removed the panel, only to find some rubbish left under the bath. Rubbish left NEXT to my bins. Old tub left on my landing 4. Positive experience from start to finish with Danny. He was quick to respond to my enquiry, clarify the job and provide a quote. Danny messaged and confirmed the night before the job that all was ok to go ahead. Professional van, polite and respectful of my home and my wishes (I'd asked him not to play a radio as my wife was unwell and this wasn't a problem in the slightest - this was really appreciated) Work completed to an excellent standard, and I was consulted throughout the process as to the best options to complete the job.
