  Dorma Leak

  Have a leak on one side of the Dorma on our roof. Howards came over and we discussed the leak, possible causes and some cosmetic work. While examining roof discovered a number of other issues and we agreed a price for all the work to be completed. Work completed promptly and workman was tidy. Leak still present during next rainfall. Leak still present after 3 return visits. Each visit discovered further possible causes/repairs. Each visit was a new quote, another attempt, which i then paid for, but leak still not fixed. Lost confidence will find someone else.
