  I would highly recommend this tradesman. He was kind, warm, and professional from start to finish. Communication was excellent, he called beforehand to introduce himself and kept in regular contact about timings and costs, which was really reassuring. He first came out to try and repair my old shower and gave honest, knowledgeable advice about replacing it. He then fitted the new shower efficiently, and when an issue arose, he went out of his way to return the next day after work to install the replacement. He was polite, considerate, and clearly takes pride in his work. Thank you!
