  Deweeding solution was applied

  After the deweeding solution was applied, I was told that the weeds will hopefully be under control for a year, but weeds came back in less than 2 weeks, again reassured that the solution would be re applied but after I tried contacting, no response , paid the entire amount previously for deweeding!
