  Jake renewed my EPC certificate for my 2 bedroom rental flat

  Jake's communication was excellent from start to finish. He's respectful and friendly. He did the job very quickly, issued invoice and EPC very quickly as well. He listens to the client too so be as communicative with him, tell him what you want and he listens.
