  Darren was very personable, understood what I wanted and discussed options, before offering a competitive price. The guy who actually did the work arrived as expected and did what had been agreed, leaving the site clear and tidy. The neighbours expressed their surprise at how quiet it had been - the noise they were preparing for never happened, All in all, a very satisfactory experience.
