  Disappointed Customer - Would not recommend (see pictures for further context)

  They installed a new door and window which turned out to be oversized despite their own measurements. The shelf was cut ~2in lower just so the window would fit, along with a new cheap shelf with a poor end cut visible. They took a chase out of the skirting just so the door would close. There is a visible hole in the UPVC you can see from inside to outside! The lower hinge is recessed into skirting. Blamed the manufacturer but still installed hoping I would not know after of their poor standards. I now have to cover £1K+ for a new tradesperson to have this re-done which they refuse to cover.

  Damp treatment and front room renovation

  Had all walls knocked back to brick with damp treated. Re-plastered, skirting and painting, along with a new window. The guys did a good job and already have them booked in for further work.
