  Leak in the bathroom which was coming through into the kitchen.

  I have used Shero before the customer service is excellent and he goes the extra mile to make sure that the service is very good. Also he is an amazing character as well as being very good at his job

  House removal

  Marc was so communicative we agreed a really good price based on an initial inventory. I had to change the inventory at the 11th hour and Marc was great and accomodated the changes. I added more one more item on removal day which they happily moved. The removal guys were great they moved all the items into whichever room we wanted. They even offered to put the sofa together again. So polite, the service was top notch I highly recommend these guys. They took the utmost care moving items I had to give them an extra tip because it was so good the cost was £260 I rounded up to £300!

  Trim down my overgrown garden and remove bamboo and hedge

  The service was excellent. the gardener provided really clever suggestions including how to make better use of the space by cutting out the hedge and a tree that was dead. he had a look at the ivy on the fence panels and suggested removing the ivy and getting new fence panels which they can do! The job was handled by two people and they started at 11am and by 12:30pm the job was completed including cleanup. if I could I would mark them 4.5 out of 5 stars. the only slight nitpick is that the van that takes the waste could be bigger but that is a very minor issue
