  Bathroom extractor fan

  Booked for an extractor fan issue. He arrived slightly late due to traffic and bad weather but apologised for the delay. He removed the faulty fan, safely capped the wires, and advised that the original installation was done incorrectly and would need extra work. I appreciated his honesty, professionalism and clear explanation. He didn’t charge a call-out fee and wasn’t pushy at all. Very polite, helpful and trustworthy - would happily contact him again when I’m ready to proceed.
