  Oscar arrived at 8am on the dot to evaluate the issue and what work would need to be done. He explained it to me, and gave me a time he would be back to do it, plus a quote. He arrived shortly before the time he initially gave (11am), got straight to work, and was done in less than 30 minutes. He was polite, professional, straight-forward, approachable, tidy, and did not cause any disruption as I was working from home. I felt the price was well within what I expected, and I'll definitely call on Warrington's again if I have any plumbing disasters!

  Repair of overflow pipe

  Calm and very straight forward and thorough in explaining what was wrong and what would need to fixed and what he would have to do. Came the same day I made the request, and advised that he would be a little later than initially planned - so didn't leave me hanging. He also took a look at some leaky hot water taps I had, and was able to repair and replace them at the same time. Didn't kick up a fuss about the additional inquiry. Really great service, great value, and a top notch gentleman. Would absolutely hire again for any other small jobs or leaks.
