  Terrible workmanship.

  Ben contacted us quickly, he came and reviewed the job. He explained what he had to do. But he replaced original door frames with a small cheaper version, the doors aren't what we agreed. He and his apprentice have left gapping around the door frames, they have ruined the tiling in the bathroom. They've left holes where they have nailed the frames. My Dad was a builder but recently became blind, he is so upset with the workmanship and finish.
