  Never Again

  I was quoted £6,300 for a roof clean, repaint and full gutter replacement. The first two visits left screws through the guttering, holes, a broken tile, patchy paint and my windows and patio doors covered in paint, debris and mess. It caused several days of stress and needed repeated follow‑up. On the third visit the issues were fixed. A worker also wrecked my new hose, so I deducted the costs and paid £6,000.
