  Very loud knocking from chimney stack.

  Communication was very good, I was given a time to when he would be here and I take that with a pinch of salt with a lot of trades but had my eye wiped 🤣. Very genuine guy, found the issue and completed the work within an hour, showed me a video of the problem and fixed it. As a tradesman myself I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
