  double garage conversion

  From the start Scott was professional and reliable. His pricing was very competitive and he kept us Informed when the flooring needed additional work. we are really pleased with the conversion it's looks great. We would not hesitate to use Scott again in the future. thanks Scott!

  patio regrouted cleaned and sealed.

  sadly we have not had a good experience. initially we had issues of not turning up for the job. Sam was very pleasant as a person but unfortunately did not do a good job for us. our patio is stained where the sealant was not mixed properly. the sand grouting has also not set and we not have large holes where grouting should be. it appears the grouting has not not been mixed properly. Sam did tell us we can refill the holes again however this is what we believed we paid for. Overall not happy. we did reach not to Sam and he said he would come back to us but this has not happened.
