  Organising and booking an engineer to come out and inspect the work that was required was simple and easy, l as it happens they were able to fit me in the very next day! Their communication was always prompt and clear, letting me know a rough timeslot at booking along with a more accurate one on the day or the repair. the repair itself was done with professionalism and respect to my home, my plumbing is fixed and also hopefully saves me some money on my water bill!!
